Ukraine claims that sarin and other substances were found in the village of Bilka in the Sumy region of Ukraine after the Russian military left the settlement.

Trostianets Mayor Yuriy Bova stated, "We found the remains of chemical weapons in the village of Bilka -- sarin and other substances. We discovered ampoules. The Security Service of Ukraine is currently working on this. It is possible that the occupiers wanted to use this chemical to strike Kyiv, Poltava, or other cities".

He also claimed that during the month that they were at the settlement they set up booby traps, mined cemeteries, forests, parks, and administrative buildings.

On April 11th, fighters in the Azov Regiment claimed that Russian forces dropped a poisonous substance of unknown origin from a drone in Mariupol and injured three people who allegedly had respiratory failure.

The Azov regiment had put out a statement on Telegram saying "About an hour ago, the Russian occupation forces used a poisonous substance of unknown origin against the Ukrainian military and civilians in the city of Mariupol, which was dropped from an enemy UAV.
