That part may sound silly I agree. However more seriously they’re stopping all cooperation on ISS. That’s a big deal because the Russian service module is the only source of propulsion for ISS to do things like raise the orbit so it doesn’t reenter and to avoid space debris.

There is no contingency plan for this?

Not at this time no. Apparently no one ever considered this possibility. Northrop/Grumman says they have a plan but provided no details, examples or further information.

Here's the Northrop/Grumman link below. It's actually a bit worse than it sounds. N/G has only two Antares rockets left to fly the Cygnus resupply capsules. The rocket motors are made in Russia and the booster cores in Ukraine. These are planned resupply flights nothing special in terms of reboost or maneuvering. The first issue with doing reboost, etc. is that we have nothing that will dock with the Russian docking port. The configuration is not the same as the American one. To pull an Apollo 13 quote "Someone tell me this isn't a government operation" in reference to the Lithium hydroxide canisters in the command module being round and those in the lunar module being square.
