The next city of the Russian war machine is now Severodonetsk. Severodonetsk is the largest Ukrainian held city in the Luhansk Region of the Donbass, which sits on the Donets River. On Sunday, Russia attempted to breach the city perimeter that Ukrainian resistance had set up by attacking the city from four directions at the same time.
The Governor of Luhansk has stated that Russian forces have destroyed every bridge across the Donets River except for one, making the city a strategically valued target.
Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff are stating that they have repelled 10+ attacks in the last 24 hours, in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
