Poisonous Gas Explosion in Aqaba, Jordan Kills 10, Injures 250

A poisonous gas explosion in Aqaba, Jordon Monday killed at least 10 and injured around 250 other people. The Jordanian government to Al-Arabiya says that the tank contained chlorine gas.

Video footage of the event shows a crane lifting up a tanker from a truck. The crane then drops the tanker on the deck of the ship, resulting in a yellow-colored gas explosion while workers at the dock attempt to run from the smoke.

Local authorities sealed off the area after the explosion and the injured were taken to hospitals while specialists were sent to the scene.
