Missiles Hit Shopping Mall in Kremenchuk, Ukraine

Russia, vehemently denying intentional targeting of civilians, launched 2 missiles which hit a shopping center in the Ukrainian city of Kremenchuk. Reuters is reporting at least 3 people are dead and 40+ injured.

A massive fire and dark plumes of smoke filled the sky, as the video was being circulated on social media by Ukraine's president Volodymyr Zelenskiy. All that is left of the ruined shopping mall is a very black shell which once was the outer walls and fallen roof which has collapsed into the remnants of the building.

It is still unclear who remains under the rubble, and whether or not they are alive or deceased, said the rescue chief on television at the site of the incident.

It was also stated that there were no Ukrainian military assets to target in the area that Russia could've been aiming at, and that this was an act of terrorism against the civilian population, said the regional governor.

"It's useless to hope for decency and humanity from Russia," - President Volodymyr Zelenskiy

Rescuers have come from all the surrounding areas to assist in retrieving as many as possible from the destroyed building.
