I'm picking them up mainly during the day on 15016 USB. Depending on how bad the interference is, I might switch to 11175 USB or 8992 USB. It just depends on which ones are clearer.

Yes. I found out today that there are exercises going on.

If you google search ADS-B Exchange you can see a fair amount of activity. You can filter the planes out to only show military aircraft.
