A Ukrainian court sentenced 21 year old tank commander Vadim Shishimarin; who killed 62-year-old Oleksandr Shelipov in Chupakhivka on February 28th.
The Judge Serhiy Agafonov said Shishimarin was carrying out a "criminal order" from a higher ranking soldier and fired his automatic weapon several times at the victim's head. Judge Agafonov said, "Given that the crime committed is a crime against peace, security, humanity and the international legal order ... the court does not see the possibility of imposing a (shorter) sentence,"
