Syria Reports 3 Soldiers Killed During Israeli Missile Strikes Near Damascus

There have been multiple reports by the Syrian media that three Syrian soldiers were killed after alleged Israeli Strikes near Damascus, Syria on Friday night said that Israel was to blame for the attacks that targeted Syrian army bases and Iranian militias in a Damascus suburb.

SANA and the Syrian Defense Ministry said that most of the missiles, which they said were launched from the Golan Heights were intercepted, though this is claimed after nearly every strike that occurs within Syria.

The three soldiers that were said to be killed are reported by local media to have been crew members of an air defense system.

Kann News stated that there was an attack in Damascus that resulted in "defense systems" being "activated". According to Kann, Hezbollah warehouses were targeted on the outskirts of the Syrian capital and there were interception attempts documented.

Explosions were reported at an airport, as well as in the city of Tartus.
