He will be in attendance at a meeting of NATO Foreign Ministers to discuss a response to Russia's war of aggression on Ukraine as well as the Leader's Summit which will be held in Madrid, Spain. At the Leader's Summit, they will discuss the next 10 years in regard to NATO strategic concepts. </p><p></p><p>On the 15th of May, Blinkin will attend the ministerial meeting of the Trade and Technology Council in Paris France. He will be joined by the Secretary of Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo & the U.S. Trade Representative Katherine Tai.
