Kurdistan 24 News has reported that the Erbil International Airport (EIA) in Iraq has "prevented an unauthorized Iranian Pouya Air Cargo plane from landing, citing the EIA Director Ahmed Hoshyar.
Jason Brodsky, who is a UANI Policy Director and Middle East analyst commented on this, saying that Pouya Air is "under U.S. terrorism sanctions for acting for or on behalf of the IRGC-QF for transporting illegal cargo, including weapons, to Iran's clients in the Levant".
